Upon confirmation of an auction booking, the agreed fee becomes payable in full.
All booked and confirmed auctions are considered reserved exclusively for that date and time. As preparation, scheduling and campaign support commence upon confirmation, the agreed auction fee remains payable regardless of whether the property is subsequently cancelled, withdrawn, postponed or sold prior to the scheduled auction date.
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
